Laboratory & Pathology Diagnostics and Partners in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine provide pathology services for a number of medical groups including Endeavor Health and Duly Health and Care. 

We utilize an outside billing company to process claims and payments. You may receive a text message indicating that you have a balance due.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find details about my balance?

If you receive a text message from us, you can click on the link to login and find information about the balance due.

If you prefer, you can also access the billing company's website by visiting  https://www.personapay.com/ahlpde (Endeavor patients) or https://www.personapay.com/ahpplm  (Duly patients).

If you do not login and pay your balance, a paper statement will be mailed to you within 30 days. 

How can I stop receiving text messages about my bill?

Reply to the text with "STOP" to immediately stop receiving text messages about your balance.

Why did I receive multiple bills for the same service?

There are two components to pathology: technical and professional. The technical component includes preparing the sample/specimen by laboratory staff. The professional component is the microscopic examination and interpretation of the specimen by a pathologist.  Depending on insurance provider requirements and the billing arrangements between the medical group and pathologist, the two entities may bill only the component they provided.

Why didn't my insurance cover this service?

Because every insurance plan is different, we recommend starting with the Explanation of Benefits from your insurance provider.
